We offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom, regardless of order size or value.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window (6-9 working days), please wait an additional 3 working days to account for potential delays. If your order still hasn't arrived, please contact us at support@smith-clothing.com, and we will investigate the issue.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@smith-clothing.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled, but you may return the item once it arrives.

No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns. You will be refunded in full once your return is processed and approved.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item.
